Traffic jam on the single road that Israel let to the Palestinian between North (Jenin, Nablus, Ramallah...) and South (Beitlehem, Hebron...) parts of West Bank. On top of the road, just behind this photo, is the infamous "Container" israeli checkpoint where soldiers routinely control, stop and humiliate Palestinian citizens of all sex and ages (eg. ordering them to lie on the road for hours). According to the people we asked who exactly is in control, the order to open/close the checkpoint come directly from the Israeli First minister cabinet, as a way to put pressure on the Palestinian Authority.
We shall never support apartheid.
Doctor sued in 2008 suicide of Upper Gwynedd police officer
A doctor who is charged with trading drugs for sex from area women also is being sued in relation to the suicide of an Upper Gwynedd police officer in early 2008.
