72 police contacts, one 'thread,' now serious charges
The Burlington man charged last week with three sex crimes against women has had his share of run-ins with the law. From Sept. 21, 2005, to Jan. 27, 2011, Yetha Lumumba had contact with Chittenden County law enforcement 72 times, according to a police affidavit.
